Each book takes you through a month of kanji; you do six new kanji per day, then take a review quiz every 3 days. I think it may be one of the series my old Yamasa teachers used for kanji worksheets. I'm learning lots of words, and somehow it's simple enough that I don't feel overwhelmed, that I want to keep going. I'm so excited about this, I told Ryo I could finish the whole book in one day. (The 7級 book that is - so it's almost all review) Well, I'm on Day 8 of the book so far, here, at 9:15 at night.... but it's still really fun and anyway the point is that I'm enjoying studying kanji and looking forward to studying kanji again.
Book Off only had 7級 and 8級 ($3 each) but they seem to all be available online, for 609 yen new or as low as 1 yen used. I would guess they're probably available in most large Japanese bookstores as well.
Hooray! My motivation to study kanji has come back! Maybe yours will too!! ;)
p.s. I found a great reference about kanji radicals at about.com. Check it out (and read all three pages!)

Hell
It's difficult for Japanese to learn Kanji. I can't write some difficult Kanji ww. I'm learning English words, but don't learn them easily.
